Once you have reserved a time for your child, you will be expected to pay for it each week, even if something comes up last-minute and your child is unable to attend the session. Cancellations are allowable in the following cases: holidays, vacations, school trips, and one unexpected cancellation per school year. Of course if your child’s schedule changes mid-year due to sports, school-related, or extra-curricular activities, please give me at least a week’s notice and I will do everything I can to accommodate the change. I would like to stress that maintaining a consistent tutoring schedule of at least once a week not only allows me to stay on top of your child’s academic performance and provide the best possible service, but also buttresses your child with the consistency and structure that is essential to improving academic achievement.
